ING Solutions Investment Management S.A. (ISIM) is the asset management vehicle of ING Group in Luxembourg.

ISIM is a Luxembourg based management company incorporated under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (Luxembourg) in the form of a public limited company (societe anonyme) and is registered with the Luxembourg register of commerce and companies under the number B 162705 (the “Company”).

The Company is a fully owned subsidiary of ING Group created under the initiative of ING Belgium and ING Luxembourg. ISIM benefits of the status of a “Super ManCo” as it has received licenses to offer both UCITS and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF).

ISIM manages the following funds:

• ING Aria (UCITS)
• ING Fund (UCITS)
• Multi-Strategy Portfolio (UCITS) (as from 1 April 2018)
• ING Private Investment SICAV-SIF (AIF)
